The challenge

Cloudbooking’s desk and room booking software needed to scale and stay maintainable for the long term, while integrating cleanly with external systems like Microsoft Graph and holding a high bar for identity and security.

How we helped

We were a key contributor to re-platforming the software onto ASP.NET Core, Azure and serverless architectures. We built durable orchestration workflows to keep Cloudbooking and Microsoft Graph identifiers in sync, strengthened identity and authentication with password-history enforcement and better hashing, and improved performance and reliability through caching, query tuning and hardened shared libraries. We also lifted operational readiness with better telemetry, health probes, container build automation, and test coverage.

A more scalable, more secure booking platform, with the reliability and developer experience to keep improving it.
